Do my customers need to install anything?

No. They scan the code on the counter and it opens in the browser they already have. Adding it to the home screen is optional nothing depends on it.

Can staff give points to their friends?

Every point is written to a ledger that cannot be edited. Corrections are new entries, never rewrites, and each one records who made it, at which outlet, and when.

How is the lucky draw actually verifiable?

Before entries open we publish a fingerprint of a sealed random number. After the draw the number itself is revealed. Anyone can fingerprint it, match it against what was published, and re-run the selection to land on exactly the same winners.

Does it work in Bahasa Melayu?

Yes, throughout. Customers pick their own language and it follows them across every screen.

What happens to my data if I stop using it?

It stays yours. Every report exports to CSV, including the full customer list and point history.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Set the earning rate, print one QR page, tape it to the counter.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser. It does need an internet connection; there’s no offline mode.
